I did hear about this news item on the radio: IT'S A HOAX and the electoral
commission is very concerned about it. The election schedule is for Tuesday
and Tuesday only.

(I wonder whether I should really care since in my state the write-in votes
will not be counted! Long live democracy.)

"Due to the expected record voter
turnout in Florida, the voting times at
precincts will be scheduled as follows -

November 7, 7:00AM to 9:00PM Republican
and Independent voters
November 8, 7:00AM to 9:00PM Democrat
and Green party voters
This phased schedule will ease precinct
and traffic congestion throughout
the electoral process."
