Any time that you get a photo in a rare file format, there is a program to
convert them to more common formats  Go to cnet.com and download "Graphic
Workshop Professional"  It is a simple program that is great for cataloging
photos and converting photos from one format to another.  I also use it to
run my scanner and it can also be used to download photos from digital
cameras.  it is shareware, but comes fullly functional.  I LOVE it.  It
would easily convert yout .tiff to a .jpg
