Dear Ellen,
In northwest Florida, near Pensacola, seahorses frequently turned up in
my dredgings. I only caught them when dreging in turtle grass, which
is farther offshore than the thin-bladed shoal grass. Most were about 2
inches long, although I did find some tiny ones.
