I think there is no built-in option in Windows to capture screens as there
is in Mac (though I may be wrong, itīs not unusual) I make screen captures
using a graphic program that allow you to do it. There is a number of such
programs and some are free -or shareware- Mine is Paint Shop Pro, I test it
in Bahamas cam page and it works fine. If you need further details, please
