Hello All,

If anyone has an extra-large operculum from Pleuroploca gigantea or Syrinx
aruanus that they don't need, and would like to trade for some nice shells
(or sell), I would be interested. This doesn't have to fit a particular
shell - it is to be displayed "as is", as part of an instructional program;
so it is strictly a case of "the bigger the better". I have a 105 mm
Pleuroploca operc, so am looking for something bigger than that.

I could also use an extra-large operc from Turbo marmoratus or Turbo
jourdani, larger than 70 mm. So if you have a giant that you are currently
using for a doorstop or paperweight, and would like to exchange it for more
than its value in specimen shells, e-mail me privately.

Thanks

Paul M.
