Oliva duclosi Reeve, 1850 is a replacement name for Oliva jaspidea Duclos,
1835, non Oliva jaspidea (Gmelin, 1791). ICZN Article 59b says "A junior
secondary homonym replaced before 1961 is permanently invalid", so Duclos's
name cannot be used.
