If the book has not been published yet, do not use the species name as
intended by Lorenz. Although the Web is not a fully valid outlet for the
publication of new species names, citing a non-published name anywhere may
prove to be the origin of endless nomenclatural problems. And Dr. Chris
Meyer's name is not Mike Meyer; Mike is the guy in Austin Powers.
