It does. In NetScape set up a Local Mail file (right click Local Mail,
click new file, mine's named Conch-L). Now go to Edit/Message filters.
Set up a filter, call it conch-l, and make the rules read "the to of the
message contains Conch-L then move to folder Conch-L"

Like magic, all yer Conch-L messages, and only Conch-L messages, will be
in the Conch-L folder.
