Dear Thomas,

The only Henrard I know off is Dr. J. Th. Henrard, founder of the Dutch
Malacological Society in 1934. Although he was a botanist, moreover an
expert on grasses, he published also a number of papers on molluscs. He was
particularly interested in colour-varieties in land- and freshwater molluscs
(Cepaea, Planorbarius, etc.), but never published something about
Planispira corniculum albida or Planispira corniculum monozona, although he
used the varietal name albida in connection with Planorbis (now
Planorbarius) corneus and Cepaea nemoralis and C. hortensis.
Information concerning Henrard and his list of publications can be found in:
Kuiper, J.G.J., 1975. Jan Theodoor Henrard (1881-1974). Basteria, 39 (3-6):
69-74.
Best regards,

Henk K. Mienis
