Hello,

- As far as I know Montfort, 1810 has named
Clithon (Conchyliologie systématique, et
classification méthodique des coquilles...).

- I'm currently reading Ernst Mayr's book : "The
growth of biological thought". In the French
translation I've got, the bibliography is very
very short, one page and a half.
I would like to know if the original text, in
English, has the complete bibliography. I'm sure
some of you have this book around !

Thank you in advance,

Sophie

PS: Thank you to all those who have answered my
question on the etymology of Cincinna. If the
problem is not completely solved, and will
probably never be as Hübner's letters have
disappeared, I've plausible hypothesis.
