Dear Listers,

For those interested, Jax Shell Club webmaster Bill Frank has posted a set
of three scans (apical, umbilical, and apertural views) of Trichia hispida
at <http://www.jacksonvilleshells.org/trich.htm>. I have to commend Bill's
tolerance; he usually winces at images of this quality, which, venial at
best, are my responsibility.

The specimen is 7 mm in width; collection data:

Under large hewn weeds, grassy margin of artificial 0.5 acre pond, La
Tourelle In, 1 mi. s. Ithaca College, Ithaca, Tompkins Co., NEW YORK. H.
Lee! 11/21/04.
