Hi, Shellers!

I assume we do NOT need a fishing license for the Cayo Costa trip, as it is not required for dead collecting; and Cayo Costa is still in Lee County, so no live collecting is permitted (besides I think some of it at least is a State Park, which doubles the no live collecting restriction).
