I believe copyright law (in the US anyway) is 75 years from the author's
death.  So it looks like there can be a copyright issue with the Polymita
stuff.

Pete Krull has sent me the scans for the work on Polymita. I tried to
transform them into pdf but something has happened to my Pagemaker and it is
not working properly. Anyway the files are kinda heavy, a total of almots 15
megabytes.

I will make them available for the list but before I do that, I would like
to know if there is any legal problem doing that (copyright?)

I had to crop some of the pages to make them smaller (mostly texts), and
made them b/w
