Eulithidium in error? Thats funny, it was my understanding that the change was made because Tricolia was originally named in the Pacific... oh well, the names of my favorite bugs keep changing...

My own search for info on Cerithium litteratum has indicated they can inhabit a wide range of substrates but particularly like rocks, coral rubble, and seagrass (mostly Thalassia). What I don't know is: 1) what are the preferred water parameters, prefered epibiont food sources, etc., and 2) how reliable their reported circum-Caribbean range actually is and if that range is being split into subspecific distributions?
