AS Paul Mikkelsen pointed out, obviously this seller has a shill bidding for
them.  This is patently against eBay's rules and is ground for immediate
suspension of their selling privileges.  One must only file a complaint.
EBay does very little in keeping these unscrupulous sellers from
re-surfacing under another name.
