Hi, Everyone!

After disbanding the Greater St. Louis Shell Club, we have several items to be donated for the coming convention.  I have the addresses in the "American Conchologist" and that they cannot be sent until after April 15th.   What is the cut-off date for these items?

Also, we will eventually have our funds finalized and intend to donate the balance to COA.   Where should this be sent?    Would this be needed for the convention, or can it be sent whenever it is ready, possibly after the cut-off date for convention donations?
