Land shell it is indeed and one of the prettiest.    It is pictured on the
cover of  the Compendium of Landshells by R. Tucker Abbott.  Papuina
pulcherrima  Rensch, 1938  from the island of Manus.  These shells are
protected and it is illegal to sell them.
