Dear Amy;
       I'l like to start up a list for people wishing to discuss and
exchange information about Marine Conservation  issues,  but do not
have two clues about how to do it.  Can you instruct me?  Do you have to
 
purchase a lot of fancy software, or can you get someone to host it at a
 
fee which will not be too harsh?  Do you think your outfit would host
it, if an organization sponsored it?

P.S.:  I would like to get my church to start a list or two- can you
find out how much the list software costs, and what sort of server
would be required to run it?  I would really appreciate this info!
