Dear all, I am suspicious of my P. westralis.
Comparing photos of P. westralis and P. tangaroana,
I believed that the tangaroana looked more like my specimen
than the westralis did. The tangaroa has sort of straight sided whorls,
so does my specimen. The westralis has rounded whorls, but my specimen
does not show many rounded whorls except in the body whorl. Well, heck,

check out the photos. Both are guido poppe. What features might
distinguish a P. westralis
from a P. tangaroa?

P.S. Here's a good diagnosis of what species it is,
It cost's 55 bucks. But it had a man-repaired break,
so I don't know.
