Can anyone on the West Coast tell me about the condition of Mrs.
DuShane? I saw a note saying she "was" 91. I didn't like that
implication. Mrs. DuShane published the authoritative works on
Epitiniidae of the Eastern Pacific in the Veliger. As far as I know,
none of her named species has ever been challenged. That's quite
something.
