Hi Dawn,
 
Yes I sort of know that. What irks me is a locality as broad "West Australia"
or "Albany" for anything dived within a +/- distance of 1000 kilometers. I
dont think a closer benchmark would jeopardize their
Zoila honey hole being divulged to the competitor divers.
