In my readings and classes I have found that most evolutionists would not say
that the processes in microevolutionary theory can explain the diversity we
see today. There are fundamental differences in the processes between macro
and micro evolution. Microevolution processes alone do not explain the
diversity we see today. It is not the case of the energizer bunny that keeps
going and going and going.
