Please, if I may correct you. Gravity is not a theory. Gravity is a physical law and expressed as
the Law of Gravity (in textbooks at least). It has been proven experimentally and mathematically.

Evolution is a law of nature, to most, and will be a consensus,  when the all hayseeds become
educated and they can visualize time spans of millions/billions of years rather than 2 year spans
( average life span of Poecilia reticulata [common Guppy] ).
