I thought I already mentioned this in a previous e-mail on the list but I
finally found a 2nd edition offered for sale. Go to <www.alibris.com> They
only want $480 for it! I've e-mailed Jerry Herasawych (sp?) at the
Smithsonian who's working on a 3rd edition to inquire about a projected
publication date, but no response.
Given the demand for such a book, it's pathetic that the most recent
comprehensive one on US seashells is 25 years old.
