The Greater Miami Shell Club Shell Show 2000 Rules and Entry forms are now
available. They have been sent to club members and anyone who was on my list.
I you would like a mailout, please e-mail me and leave your complete snail
mail address. The show dates are January 29-30, 2000 and set up on Friday,
January 28, 2000 from noon to 8 pm.
The Club will be awarding a new 2000 trophy, cobalt blue glass for the
"Most Beautiful Shell" at the show. Dealers may enter this category. There
is plenty of free parking and easy unloading and loading. We will have a
hospitality room. We will have an awards dinner, with a program and lots of
door prizes. There will be silent auctions and a regular mini-auction. The
raffle prizes will be quite special.
The club will also have some exhibits from the 60's and 70's on display. The
theme of this show is "Shelling Looking Forward and a Look Back."

ALSO...
I have taken many cruises and they are always the memorial vacations. My
vote would be for the cruise and bringing along family gives them something
great to do everyday too! When the other family members are not shellers
there is not much for them to get interested in.
