Just a few notes on the Bahama land snails.....
1. Hemitrochus varians.....perhaps troscheli (difficult to tell when not
in standard position)
2. cf. Plagioptycha sp. juvenile......they get a buttress on the basal
lip when adult....This is a very tentative ID since I can't tell how large
the specimen is.....I assume it's about 1/2" wide....
3. Cerion.....flip a coin, gubernatoria sounds good enough.......any name
you slap on it has probably been used in the genus....
