Any who enjoy the cowries might like to browse a just-uploaded page that uses
the images of the On-line Visual Database of Cypraea teres-related shells.
The page is at http://cowrys.org/research/L_Hdb1.htm
There are 100 images on the page. They represent the shells having the lowest
Length-to-Height ratios (that is, the 'side profile' view). As one scrolls down
the page, the L:H values slowly increase (the shells' profiles become more
elongated).
Other pages with images sorted by the L:H and other "views" of the shells will
be generated as the following weeks pass.
Enjoy.
