I agree and since there were and are constant earth quakes in the area
on the North and East side - Hurricane on the West side
and the south side is one of the wonders of the ocean - a deep area that
up swells towards land bringing food for the great wales
that go there to feed.
It is a nature event, lower levels or up to "MAN" in any event.
