Is anyone out there a brachiopod collector? Joe and I would like to
know if there is a good comprehensive guidebook with photos or drawings
or a scientific monograph of modern (extant) brachiopods available.
Joe specializes in fossil brachiopods and has over 800 species of mostly
Paleozoic brachs. Would anyone out there like to trade a few modern
brachs for some fossil ones? Joe is the fossil guru and I am trying to
collect shells (silly hobby where I live, I wonder what got into me).
This is a way to get Joe interested in something that hasn't been dead
for 400 million years.
