Richard, what mountain do you live on top of? Every drug store, big food store
(e.g., Giant), department store (e.g., K-Mart) here in Maryland sells Epsom
salts in huge cartons (enough to relax 10,000 snails or more) for not more
than a few dollars. If you are willing to pay for it, I will mail you a
carton.
People put Epsom salts in their bath water. I wonder if all that MgSO4 going
down the drain has any effect on the wild snail populations.
