Harry is 100% right, Cassididae is (sometimes as a subfamily of) closely
related to Chrysomelidae, a family of herbivorous beetles. Cassididae have
(in the Netherlands) as vernacular names "schildpadkevers" (turtle-beetles)
because of their shape.
