No not another college fraternity pleadge torture, but a reference to the
white haze that appears on the dorsum of some strombus after cleaning. i
have found a possible solution; Try scrubbing the dorsum with a green pot
scrubbing pad {3M makes the best} I have been working on this problem for a
while now and i think this might be the ticket.....unfortunatly this will
not work on shells that have been acid etched or dipped...ferreter
