The way I originally interpreted the question, I thought Eduard was asking
for two very similar species in two different families respectively.

Recently, Harry Lee identified a small turrid from west Florida as an
unnamed Pyrgocythara species. To my eyes, it had been identical with
Brachycythara alba from southeast Florida, Bahamas and Caribbean, down to
the banding pattern.

Possibly there is some overlap in range and habitat.

I'm sure Harry can explain the basis for the assignment to 2 different
genera. The shell characteristics appear to be a case of evolutionary
convergence.
