correctly introduced is a valid name".
All names correctly introduced are AVAILABLE, including all synonyms and
homonyms and including ALSO the ONLY valid name.
VALID is the single name to be used for that taxon.
"In use" MUST be only the single valid name. If another name is in use
either it should be changed, or the Commission asked to approve its use
INSTEAD of the valid one.
The Code is very clear, not only in the current edition at this regard. And
I see no way to interpret it in a different way
