I have several times previously written about my difficulties with several
Florida Nodilittorina. I just again reviewed some of this material in an
effort to figure out some consistent differences. I was unsuccessful. If
anyone would like to review my conclusions and respond here with comments,
I'd appreciate it. The focus of my difficulty is distinguishing Littoraria
angustior (Mörch, 1876), Echinolittorina riisei (Mörch, 1876) and
Nodilittorina interrupta (Philippi, 1856), if indeed N. interrupta is a
separate species from E. riisei and at all occurs in Florida.

See detailed discussion at my website.
