These photos are marvellous.

More than that - they're very informative indeed. Most of the 'shells' we
see in photographs are just that, dead skeletons of wonderful molluscs.

Most of these photos are of live molluscs actually doing something.

I am not (to say the least) much interested in Sibero-American shells, but
I happened across this message -

and learned more about my classic Indo-Pacific shellfish's private lives
than I could imagine
