     The American Malacological Society will hold its 74th annual
meeting in Carbondale, Illinois from June 29 - July 3, 2008. The venue
will be the Southern Illinois University Student Center, which houses an
auditorium, several ballrooms and meeting rooms, and a number of
restaurants and coffee shops.
