Thank you all for your contributions! Isn't it strange that this child
of the information age never thought of just searching the internet
for answers? :-)

Good to see you going above and beyond the call of duty again, Harry.
I'm glad Alan found that info helpful as well.

That pretty much wraps the whole thing up, save for two:

Busycon tropicalis Petuch, ????
Scaphella precursor Gardner, 1943 or 1948?

I meant to include the former in the big list, but forgot. The
internet hasn't helped with these.
