Pleuroploca glabra

Pleuroploca and closely-related fasciolariine genera (eg Fasciolaria)
are characterized by a pair of distinct plaits located right at the
base of the columella.

Your shell looks like it belongs to one of the ill-defined genera in
the subfamily such as Simplicifusus or Pseudolatirus. It appears to
lack plaits.
