That's good to know Harry,

Back in the 80's I worked for a chemical company that made a knock-off of
Armor-All.
Our whole sales strategy was based upon the fact we did not have a solvent
in it.

Tkx,
Leslie

Paul,
I checked with BJ's husband about Armor-all when he still worked as a
chemist for DuPont before I used it. I was told it would not do harm to the
shells. It does provide a coating to stop the suns rays from dulling the
shell and at the same time brings out the colors. If you are not satisfied
with it, just put the shell in water and watch the Armor-all come to the
surface. I have used it for years with no complaints or ill harm what so
ever.
But that is just my opinion.

Harry B.
