Steve Browning was an avid shell and particularly in recent year
Haliotus (Abalone) collector an collaborator on several research projects.
He was involved with both AMS and COA, plus Houston Conchology Society
(HCS), and possessed a respectable library covering many topics. Steve
served as an officer and past president of HCS, and will be sorely missed by
us.
