Thanks to the many people who replied within the group, and 'off-line' .

I've got to organise and catalogue the collection first, which will take
some time. (A beach bum is not much of a scientific organiser).

Many of the shells are 'local records' so not necessarily of great
quality; I was more interested then in finding certain species that had
never been recorded before from the Pacific Ocean side of the Philippines

But thanks again for reviving my interest in shells.
