Does anyone know where I can find the article or articles that describe
the morphological differences between Spisula solidissima (Dillwyn, 1817)
and Spisula raveneli (Conrad, 1831)?  I believe both are supposed to occur
in Massachusetts (solidissima for sure, and raveneli I belive as far norht
as Cape Cod) and I want to go through my collection and see if perhaps I
have both (and want to know what to look for in the future to seperate the
two species).  If anyone can provide with or point me to any information
(or even pictures) distinguishing the two species, would be greatly
appreciated.
