Are these cones that were in a fish tank and dumped in the lake or such
to get rid of but save their lives ? They are shallow water cones from what
I took from your suggestion.

Lake Worth would be a place to dump tropicals that no one wanted when moving
and who knows - maybe there are fish or a tasty treat for a Bass as well.

I'd consider this one like the Pythons that were let loose and those that got out
of cages in Florida.
