followup (not about Naragansett beer)

an article in our local paper, Newsday, last week discussed the efforts in
place to monitor the status of the Fire Island breaches and the current
marine environment. The article stated, without giving details, that the
salinity in Great South Bay has indeed been shown to have increased.
