This is totally off-topic and quite lengthy but extremely well done.
In a way, I guess it is related to marine protection. I thought some
Conch-Lers would be interested.

About the Spratly Islands, South China Sea, world politics,
territorial disputes, oil and ocean resources, fishing, and life as
we know it.
