I have recently been looking into the Japanese deep-water buccinid Buccinum lamelliferum Lus, 1976, which based on recent morphology and genetic studies have been suggested to be a form of Buccinum kashimanum Okutani, 1964. The problem is both the figures on "Marine Mollusks in Japan" by Okutani and the cold-water shells book of Higuchi, 2006 may not be the same as the species Lus, 1976 originally described. 

To look into this I have been trying to find the original description without success so far. Anyone have the original description or know the citation of it and can point me to the right direction?
