We are happy to announce that the long-awaited update to the structural and functional annotation of
the T. thermophila macronuclear genome is now available on Genbank under the accession
AAGF03000000.  The update is not yet up and running on TGD, but will be soon.  A separate
announcement will be made at that time.  No changes were made to the genome assembly; only the
gene annotation is updated.  Many thanks to those who made this update possible, especially Shelby
Bidwell, Nikhat Zafar and Michalis Hadjithomas.
