Dear Dr. Sturm, et. al.:
Two questions: If a person "names" a taxon on the internet, and before the offical
paperwork is deposited at a library, does that name carry the "MSS" manuscript
title for reference?, and What happens for depositing the holotype and other type
specimens, as your reference only mentions deposition of the description at a
library?
Hope to see many of you at COA in Cape Canaveral today, afternoon thunderstorms in
our area (after two years of drought!) but the rest of the days are beautiful,
warm sub-tropical Florida weather. We will have an informative and interesting
time at COA!
