Warning: Evhen Hryshyn is indeed the criminal actor portrayed in the
statement by Marcus Coltro. I was about to send everyone a similar
account of Hryshyn's behavior. He defrauded me in a similar manner to
what's shown below. He strikes me as a fairly sophisticated con man
with a good bit of experience. He depends heavily on the good will and
forbearance of the typical collector. I wonder if anyone else who has
been abused by Hryshyn knows his mailing addresses so that the local
Ukrainian oblast (their political jurisdiction for law enforcement) can
be defined and alerted. Someone like this may have a locally known
history of crimes. It's not that I necessarily trust the Ukrainian
criminal justice system to care, but possibly that's how to shut this
criminal down.

From Marcus Coltro: Various friends here in Brazil received an e-mail
from Ukrania from a guy saying he had very nice shells to trade.
He sends very nice lists with amazing shells for incredible prices. Then
he asks for your lists and tell you he will be sending his shells on the
same time you send yours.

I don't need to tell you will never see any shell coming.

If you don't send any shell or say you will be waiting for his parcel,
he says he received back his parcel from the post office destroyed and
then offers very common and cheap shells from Europe (these he probably
really have)

He did that with two friends at the same time: he offered his second
grade list to a friend who wanted to see first his shells, and to the
other friend he offered the nice list.

He changes e-mails and names (even gender!) - my friend received this
one:
Evhen Hryshyn.

If any of you had the same problem, I suggest to send another warnings
saying the name and e-mail.
We need to get rid of this kind of "collectors"!
